“I called comfort masters to come fix my dads unit, turned out there was a hole in the coil. They did an excellent job of providing me with different options that I could choose from. They also were very thorough with their trouble shooting and explained how each repair option would be effective. In doing so they never once tried to up sell me or push me into what they wanted. Once I decided to go with a new unit, they provided me with not just the option that would make them the most money, but 3 options that all fell within my budget and even explained the differences between each one. When I asked which one they recommended they didn’t just choose the most expensive one that would make them the most money. They chose the one that was most cost effective and still provided the same results as the higher end models. They even went as far as redoing the flashing that was not terrible but they said it was ugly lol. They did all that and never strayed from the quote that was given to me. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs in the future!
